Google Has Started Adding Short Reviews to Main Hotel Listing
I just noticed this for the first time today. Short reviews are showing on the main listing – before you click on a hotel.
It is still not clear where the short reviews are coming from. They are not truncated with a …, they are simply short reviews. I was not able to match the reviews up with any after clicking the link to see all reviews for the hotel.
Google clearly understands that the actual reviews are helpful – not just the star ratings. We will continue to monitor the updates.
